I am a divorced mother of 3 that has become stronger, healthier and happier through the painful journey of realizing my husband was cheating on me, being left by him and our eventual divorce. This was not the path I chose or ever envisioned for myself but I have learned a tremendous amount about myself and developed skills and tools to deal with divorce in a healthy way. I want to encourage, support and lift up others so that they too can retake ownership of their lives and grow as people and parents. I live in Santa Barbara, California with my 3 kids and work full time. When I'm not in the carpool lane driving to their sporting events, I am taking advantage of the outdoor lifestyle our city offers with friends, family or my (very endearing although socially awkward) dog. A Life Unrecognizeable

I had what I thought was a mutually happy and love filled marriage. This picture of my ex and me was taken not long before I looked at our phone records and realized he was having what I thought at the time was, at best, an emotional relationship with his God Sister. Within weeks my whole life crumbled into unrecognizable pieces. After I allowed myself time to wallow I picked myself and with time I slowly started putting the pieces back together and rebuilt my life into one of my own creation and inspiration.

I’m glad you’re here. If you have landed on this site then you must be considering, experiencing or reflecting on your own divorce.  I want you to know is that you are not alone and you don’t have to face this by yourself. Although no 2 divorce experiences are identical, through all divorces the opportunity to grow into a stronger, healthier and more confident version of who we once were persists. I am committed to inspiring other women to grow through and because of their divorce and am here to support you to feel confident, strong and happy again.
